These don’t belong in a landfill, but how should I dispose of them? North County locations preferred.

Contact your trash pick up service, they should have info on recycle centers, sometimes you have to pay , I mean donate a fee for this disposal service, or contact any recycling center online in your area or any computer store, good luck.

I have 3 old printers, and I’ve been told to take them to staples and they would recycle them but they also mentioned that i get something (selfish me) for taking them in…so if i take in the 3 printers would i get 3x what ever they offer?

According to http://www.staples.com/sbd/cre/products/090315/merch023626/index.html you get a $ 50 rebate on a new printer costing $ 179 or more. Most retailers will not accept more than one rebate per item.

you don’t need to dispose those cartridges, all you need to do is to sell it to a person who buys empty ink cartridges to recycled.
